This two bedroom semi-detached cottage is an ideal holiday spot for a small family - located on the quiet, south-western side of Attfield Street close to Wray Avenue and its lovely family run Italian Delicatessen and some of Fremantle's cafes. Central Fremantle is only a few minutes walk away as is the Sailing Club and South Beach.

It has been totally refurbished and north facing windows in the living areas provide a light interior. The décor is modern, comfortable and bright with a queen bedroom at the front and a passage with traditionally finished arch and cornices linking to living areas, kitchen, modern bathroom and a west-facing second bedroom with two single beds.

There is a detached laundry at the back with a washing machine and extra toilet and a good size garden and lawn with paved entertainment area,
outdoor setting, gas BBQ and secure off-road car parking with access from the back lane.
