This spacious and elegant home is a new addition to South Fremantle Village. The facilities at Louisa consist of a large L –shaped living (of course TV and DVD supplied), dining and kitchen area with glass doors to the north leading onto the bright outdoor area with large outdoor setting and shade sail.
The kitchen has everything that a cook requires, oven, large cooktop, microwave and dishwashing machine.
Past the kitchen is a powder room with toilet and handbasin and at the end of the passage a good size laundry with washing machine, dryer and door opening to the clothesline and utility area. 
Up the wide staircase there is an upper sitting room and three bedrooms – one queen, one double and the third with a single bed and a rollaway single.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet and walk-in robe. The shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms has a bath in addition to shower and a separate toilet.
Louisa Street is a short, very quiet street and this house has secure undercover parking for one car as well as hard standing for 2 small or one other larger car.Other facilities also include phone (free local calls), free wireless internet access and a BBQ. Everything is supplied such as crockery, cutlery, linen, towels and the house is serviced at least once per week. All a guest need bring are their own clothes and personal items and they can be assured of a great place to stay for a lovely holiday or very comfortable working environment. |
