Swanside Apartment
Fremantle

Euphrasie Court

Situated in a quiet area of quality houses on a hill just above the banks of the Swan River, this apartment is on the East side of Fremantle, within walking distance of the town centre.

The apartment is only a couple of years old and forms the whole of the ground floor. Guests have the sole use of a lovely courtyard area outside the sitting room/kitchen directly accessible through sliding doors.

There is an outdoor table and chairs in the beautiful light and warmth afforded by the northerly outlook.

Access to the apartment is through a side gate and then through the sitting room sliding doors. The living area has the kitchen at the eastern end, with all modern and high quality appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, fridge, gas cooking range and electric oven.

At the other end is the sitting area – with comfortable settees, coffee table, television, DVD player and sound system. A short passage leads off the living area.

On the left is the master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom, with a separate toilet across the passage. The other bedroom, with two single beds is to the right of the passage. The bathroom also contains the washing machine.

There is a range of excellent restaurants - all within a short stroll from the apartment. Just in the next block is the historic George Street with its cafes, restaurants, boutiques and galleries. There is a very useful delicatessen around the corner from the apartment. The apartment is ideally located for walks along the river where there is so much choice. The cheerful pub, The Left Bank, a former gracious home built over a hundred years ago, and with some of the best views in Fremantle. Sitting in the courtyard looking down the river, with a fish-meal in front of you and a boutique beer or crisp white wine at hand… bliss.

The Red Herring Restaurant for an up-market dinner, Portside for good lunch nosh, the Zephyr Café for a coffee and delicious cakes or a place to have a sausage sizzle on the free BBQ near the children’s playground. Catch a river ferry to the city or Rottnest, or if you like fishing then join the locals under the bridge!! The town centre is just a twenty-minute stroll away, along the river and past Victoria Quay in the Port, or through historical parts of the old port city. The apartment is close to The Trade Winds Hotel conference venue and has excellent bus connections to Central Fremantle, the train station and Perth City.

This apartment would suit a couple, or small family, who want easy access to open space and the river foreshore to walk, run or ride, and who prefer a quiet residential area. It is also very suitable for busy business people who want privacy, high standard, self catering accommodation, with proximity to all services.
