Wisteria Cottage

This historic cottage has been recently extended and renovated so that not
only does it have a great location (within ten minutes walk of the centre of
Fremantle and the market area) but it now has a lovely master bedroom with
large ensuite bathroom as well as two other bedrooms and a study/bedroom.
As you enter from the main door at the side you note that although containing heritage features such as wide jarrah floor boards it is an interesting arrangement of rooms. |

To the left is a large single bedroom with a single bed,
next to that is the master bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom.
To the right is another queen bedroom (this used to be a formal sitting room).
 You then enter a very large sitting room which extends the full length of the house to a very pleasant country style (but modern fittings) kitchen and dining area. Off this area is the study/single bedroom, bathroom with laundry and also a door to the courtyard at the back. |
| The courtyard is paved and has a very comfortable outdoor setting and BBQ. There is wireless internet access and local phone calls are included in the tariff as are all other expenses such as regular midcleans, power and water charges. |

The feeling inside is light and airy, there are overhead fans in each room and
a large reverse cycle airconditioner for the living and kitchen area.
